Three simple steps


The house rules listed within this document have been created in order to protect both the guests and the owner.

All guests and visitors who choose to rent or visit this property must abide by the following rules. Any person or group that chooses to disregard these rules may be subject to penalties such as the loss of security deposit or termination of rental contact without reimbursement.

GENERAL

In case of any problems, damages or complaints, please contact us

Guests must notify the property manager immediately in case of any disputes or complaints from the neighbors.

NOISE

In order to respect our neighbors, all guests and visitors should keep noise levels to a minimum during the evening hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Noise levels should be respected at all times. Excessive noise levels which disturb the neighborhood will be considered a breach of contract and can result in loss of security deposit or eviction from the property.

GUESTS & VISITORS

Renters are allowed to have guests and visitors visit the property during the day. Any overnight visitors or guests that have not been reported and approved by the owner or his representative will be considered a breach of contract. Additional overnight guests if approved may be subject to additional fees.

EVENTS

Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited at this vacation rental without prior approval. Small gatherings must comply with the rules set regarding noise, neighborhood and maximum number of visitors.

Rental House Rules

PARKING

All guests and visitors must park their cars according to the instructions given by the owner or his representative. Vehicles should not be parked outside these parameters.

GARBAGE

Guests must throw away all garbage in the designated containers and should in no instance dispose of trash or garbage in any other way. Garbage and recycling rules are set out as follows:

GUEST LIABILITIES

Guests agree to accept liability for any damage caused to the property (other than normal wear and tear), including, but not limited to, misuse of appliances, and/or equipment and furnishings. If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, guests agree to reimburse the costs incurred to replace/repair damaged items. And damages must be reports to the owner or property manager immediately. The owner of the rental property is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the duration of the rental period. All guests are responsible for closing windows and locking doors in order to maintain security and prevent damages from rain. Guests should switch off lights, air conditioners, heating, fans and any other electronic devises when not in use. It is not permitted to leave the air conditioning, heating, washing machine turned on when guests are not at the vacation rental. To avoid damages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without asking for prior approval.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

We do not assume any liability for the loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither do we accept liability for any inconveniences arising from the temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, electricity or plumbing. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural acts, disasters, or other reasons beyond its control. STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given and we do recommend you purchase travel insurance for your vacation.

CHILDREN & BABIES

This property is not suitable for children. Guests are

PETS

Pets are not permitted on the rental property.

SMOKING

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. Smoking is only allowed outside. Evidence of smoking inside the house can result in loss of security deposit. Cigarette butts and ashes must be disposed of in ashtrays provided and not anywhere else on the site.

COMPLIANCE

Guests and visitors who do not follow the above-mentioned terms and conditions are considered in breach of contract. The owner of the property or his representative reserves the right to terminate your stay if found to be in breach of contact. This applies to any guests and/or visitors who refuse to follow the above-mentioned house rules and whom are found to be causing disturbances or damages to the property, neighborhood or to the residence of the community.
